Cancel, Return & Refund


Cancellation is approved within the first 6 hours of purchasing time. After 6 hours, your order will be automatically archived and sent to the warehouse for the process of stocking, packaging, and shipment. No one can cancel your order once it is being processed already. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

Full refund only applies to switching orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%. Please inform us via email when you have switching orders.

We would be so appreciative if you could please tell me the reason for the cancellation. It will help us so much to improve our products and services.


We accept the return of goods we have shipped out only whether the item is incomplete, defective, or poorly defined and missing sections of the order are present. The item(s) must be returned followed by proof of acquisition.

If your item is faulty or defective, please email us with an image with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defective item with your order number" so that we can quickly look at getting you a new one.

It prevents certain forms of items from being returned. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or books, do not need to be refunded. There is also no clearance for products that are personal or sanitary artifacts, hazardous goods, or flammable liquids or gases.

Note: Our policy will last 10 days from the date of delivery, especially for fragile goods. Unfortunately, we can't give you a refund or an exchange if 10 days have passed after you got the item.

Please be advised that you have to charge the return shipping price.

The refund policy will only apply to affected goods or items that have any difficulties with production. Once the merchandise has been successfully sold in usual conditions, we will not make any refunds or adjustments.

Please go to the Nowwest Help Center section through this portal if you experience a problem with the item delivered.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.


We only patch artifacts whether they are faulty or lost. Send us an email via, please. If it has to be replaced by the same piece.


If you don't get a refund somehow, check your bank balance again first. It can take some time for your refund to be issued publicly, so contact your credit card company.

Next, call your bank. There is still a processing period before a refund is released (3-5 business days).
